Suggest Yusril Participate Megawati Review

Hotel di Pangandaran - Acting Attorney General Darmono said it would study the request of former Justice Minister Yusril Ihza Mahendra who requested that former President Megawati Sukarnoputri called as a witness in a corruption case Sisminbakum.

According Darmono, witness examined or not depends on whether there is a relationship concerned with crime that happened or not. "There is a connection or not. There is a relevance or not. So, we learned first."

He said he would study it from different sides, both legal and settlement purposes. "Therefore, we wait for its development. At the time that was examined, he'll give anybody (name of witness) to be filed."

Darmono hope Yusril immediate review and provide information, so they can submit a defense. "If you do not give a description, it will be difficult to mmberikan conclusion of the examination results."

In addition to former President Megawai Sukarnoputri, Yusril also asked former Vice President Jusuf Kalla as a witness in a case that happened to him.
